BIO
About us
Tora Hed & Kirsty Arnold are contemporary dance artists with a wealth of professional experience. Kirsty & Tora have
established a strong artistic voices connected with dance and movement sessions for well being. They enabling risk taking & innovation within the context of this work. They
seek to deepen this practice through more research and projects that places co-production with the care home
residents at its heart. In addition to this work, both Tora & Kirsty work extensively across the UK & abroad
as independent dance artists. During Covid-19 they have both taken on roles as care assistants in a care
home they have previously visited to deliver workshops. They hope to understand and support this
environment and residents during this time and are searching for the small moments and contactless
connections through a layer of PPE.
